NET NEWS PHOTOGRAPHY CONTEST ENTRY FORM
Photography Contest Rules and Regulations
1. You must be a member of ALTA.
2. Photos must relate to tennis and/or tennis play.
3. All contest submissions must be postmarked by Sep. 10, 2010.
4. Dicisions of the judges are final.
5. Limit two entries per ALTA member.
6. All photo entries must include a completed entry form (see below). Photocopies forms are accepted.
7. Mail all entries to: Net News Photo Contest, 450 Northridge Parkway, Suite 202, Atlanta, GA 30350.
8. Both digital, slide and printed images will be considered. See specifications.
9. You may not want to submit irreplaceable or precious images. Contest organizers and sponsors WILL NOT be responsible for lost or damaged photos. (See waiver of responsibility on entry form.)
10. If you want your picture returned, enclose a self-addressed, stamped envelope with your entry. Pictures will not be returned if they are not accompanied by a self-addressed, stamped envelope.
11. Winners will be featured in Net News magazine.
12. All winning photos will be featured in the November/December 2010 edition of Net News.

Print Photography Specifications
Photos must be submitted at 3x5-inch or larger size. Photo quality paper only will be accepted. While we accept 3x5-inch size photo, we advise you to have the image printed at a 5x7-inch or larger size, as it reproduces the images better (therefore making it easier for our judges to tell how good the photo really is). Please tape entry form to back of photo. Please save your negatives and/or a second copy of your photo in case your image is damaged in transit.
Digital Photography Specifications
Digital photos will be accepted. We advise that you take and submit the photos in as large a file size as possible, because small images may not be reproducible in the magazine. Non-reproducible images will not be considered in the photo contest. Please tape entry form to the disk or disk-case when submitting the photo (padded mailers are recommended). We can read JPEG, TIFF, EPS, PNG and PHOTOSHOP files. Please save your files and/or a second copy of your photo in case your image file is damaged in transit. Digitally manipulated images will not be accepted; digitally color corrected images are accepted.
