| 1 | can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained |
| 1 | small red onion, diced |
| 1/2 | cup fresh parsley, chopped |
| 1/2 | cup feta cheese |
| 1/2 | cup fresh Roma or cherry tomatoes, chopped |
| 1 | small can black olives, rinsed and drained |
| salt and pepper to taste |
Dressing
| 2 | Tbsp. olive oil |
| 1 | lemon, squeezed |
Mix ingredients well. Mix dressing and pour over salad. Season with salt and pepper.
