| 8 | cups small cauliflower florets, stems removed | 
| 3 | Tbsp. olive oil | 
| 1/4 | cup grated Parmesan cheese | 
| 1 | tsp. garlic powder | 
| 1/2 | tsp. turmeric | 
| 1/2 | tsp. salt | 
Toss all ingredients together and roast in 475-degree oven 25-30 minutes or until browned.
