Black-eyed Pea Salsa

1 cup black-eyed peas
1 cup fresh picante veggies (tomato, cilantro, onion), chopped
1 cup favorite salsa
1/2 cup Italian dressing
avocado to taste, chopped

Mix ingredients and serve with blue corn chips.
