Fruit Crisp

4 cups of fruit (raspberries or apples, for example)
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 cup oats
1/2 cup flour
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter, plus 1 Tbsp. set aside

 

Preheat the oven to 350 and grease an 8-inch square baking dish. Mix dry ingredients together and cut in butter. Put 4 cups of fruit in the baking dish with lemon juice and 1 Tbsp. butter. Cover with the oat/flour mixture and bake for 45 minutes. Spoon into paper cups for easy sharing on the court.
