4 large tomatoes, or
10 oz. cherry tomatoes, halved
4-5 peaches
Half a small red onion
2-3 Tbsp. balsamic vinaigrette
2 tsp. balsamic glaze
Cut up tomatoes, peaches, and red onion into 1-inch to 2-inch pieces. Add balsamic vinaigrette and gently mix. Drizzle balsamic glaze on top. It’s a tangy, simple salad that will serve about 6-8 people!
