As things start to heat up, you’re looking for ways to cool down – especially once you hit the tennis court. This spring, try out some of our favorite no-bake recipes submitted by ALTA members that are served cold for those days when the sweat won’t stop.
Cape Cod Dunk
Marybeth Green, Georgetown Women’s B-4
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 can crab meat
1 tbsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. chili sauce, plus extra to serve
2 tsp. horseradish
Tabasco to taste
½ cup sour cream
Combine all ingredients by hand or with a food processor, adding crab last by hand. Put everything in a bowl, drizzle with chili sauce, and serve.
