Mozzarella Cheese Dip a la Andrea

16 oz. mozzarella cheese, grated
16 oz. mayonnaise
8 oz. sour cream
1 tbsp. parsley
2 tbsp. onion, minced
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. Accent seasoning mix
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Chill for at least two hours. Sprinkle top with fresh chopped parsley and paprika to give it some color. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
