8          ears corn, shucked
6          fresh tomatoes, chopped
2          cucumbers, peeled, seeded & chopped
2          green onions, chopped
1          green bell pepper, chopped
1          can diced chili peppers
¼          cup chopped fresh cilantro
4          Tbsp. white balsamic vinegar
3          Tbsp. olive oil

In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients together well. Can be served immediately or chilled.
