1 ripe avocado
2 slices of your preferred bread
1/2 a lime, juiced
1-2 dashes of Everything But The Bagel seasoning (Trader Joe’s or Costco)
Open the avocado and scrape the insides in a bowl and mash with a fork. Juice the lime into bowl and mix. Toast the bread of your choosing to desired level. Once bread is toasted, take bread out and spread avocado mash onto toast. Sprinkle the bagel seasoning on top of avocado toast. Depending on size of bread, cut into halves or quarters. *For a nutritional boost, add a scrambled egg to the top.
