As we approach May, the ALTA Wheelchair program is in full swing. In April, we completed our spring competitive matches and are now preparing for our May weekly clinics. These clinics are great for any level player, from someone who would like to try wheelchair tennis for the first time, to someone looking to fine-tune their skills.

In June, we will begin our annual Run/Roll competition, which runs through July. In Run/Roll, a doubles team is made up of one wheelchair player and one standing player. These matches always are fun, competitive, and likely to have a bit of trash talking.

Competitive wheelchair matches and clinics are held every Tuesday evening at Hudlow Tennis Center in Norcross. We would love for you to join us and see what we’re all about. If you are interested in participating in any of these programs, please reach out to our VP of Special Programs at specialprogramsvp@altatennis.org.
