| 1 cup | black-eyed peas | 
| 1 cup | fresh picante veggies (tomato, cilantro, onion), chopped | 
| 1 cup | favorite salsa | 
| 1/2 cup | Italian dressing | 
| avocado to taste, chopped | 
Mix ingredients and serve with blue corn chips.
