Brickle Dip

8 oz.    cream cheese
¾         cup brown sugar
½         cup granulated sugar
1 tsp.   vanilla
6 oz.    bag almond brickle
6-8       apples, sliced and soaked in
pineapple juice

With a mixer, combine cream cheese, sugars, and vanilla. Stir in the almond brickle. Serve with apples. Add 1 to 2 tsp. of pineapple juice if dip hardens.
