1 can unsalted chickpeas
1 tsp. vanilla extract
½ cup + 2 Tbsp. peanut butter (or any other nut butter)
¼ cup honey
½ cup mini chocolate chips
Dash of salt
Drain and rinse chickpeas. Place chickpeas, vanilla, nut butter and honey into food processor and blend until completely smooth. Add chocolate chips after blending. Serve with fruit or graham crackers.
