1 package tortillas or pita bread
1 package of your favorite hummus
1 package (up to 12 slices) provolone cheese
1 package sliced turkey breast
1 package pepperoni
Shredded lettuce
Chopped tomatoes
Sliced pickles to taste
Sliced olives
Sliced jalapenos

Spread hummus onto tortilla or pita. Layer turkey, cheese, and pepperoni. Scatter chopped tomatoes, lettuce, olives, jalapenos, and pickles. Roll up and slice into 1-inch pieces. Repeat with remaining tortillas or pita.
