1 banana, sliced
4-5 strawberries, cut into pieces
1 handful of mixed nuts (your choice)
1 tsp. of almond or peanut butter
In a bowl, slice one banana and a few strawberries, and mix in a handful of nuts — I prefer almonds, pecans and cashews, but you can add raisins, walnuts, peanuts as well. Next, put a dollop of peanut/almond butter into the mixture. Mix it all up and enjoy! This recipe is quick, simple, and not heavy on the stomach. It will give you an instant boost before any match.
