Sausage Balls

1 lb. ground sausage
3 cups Bisquick
4 cups grated sharp cheddar
1/8 Tbsp. pepper


Preheat oven to 375. Spray baking sheet with vegetable oil cooking spray. Combine all ingredients in large glass bowl. Mix well with your fingers; mixture will be very crumbly. Roll firm 1-inch balls (makes approximately five dozen) and place on baking sheet. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown. To prevent sticking, move balls halfway through cooking.
