|2||10-oz. pkgs. frozen chopped spinach|
|1||small onion, minced|
|2||cups Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix|
|1/2||cup Parmesan cheese|
|3/4||cup melted butter|
|salt and pepper|
Pre-cook and drain spinach very well. Mix all ingredients and chill at least 2 hours. Roll into balls and freeze on a tray. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
