Sausage Tennis Balls

1     pound ground pork sausage
2     cups biscuit baking mix
1     pound sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Combine sausage and biscuit mix. Add shredded cheddar cheese. Roll into about 30 walnut-sized balls; transfer to a baking sheet. Bake at 350 until golden brown, about 20 to 25 minutes.
