2/3 cup hulled strawberries, quartered
2 tsp. sugar
3 oz. gin
½ cup chilled soda water
Combine strawberries and sugar in pint glass. Quarter lime and squeeze juice into mixture. Mix well until sugar dissolves. Add gin, cover glass and shake well for 30 seconds. Pour through strainer. Add ice and top off with soda water.
